FIRST COMMUNITIES PRIVACY POLICY
This Site (this “Site”) is managed by Viking Capital, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Company”). The Company is committed to maintaining privacy protections for its users. Creating a User ID and password is not a requirement or prerequisite to using our Site.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Company adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) which defines children as anyone under the age of 13. The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for this Site. Personal Information that is collected by the Company will be used for the following reasons: to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, inform users about promotional offers, communications with Site visitors who submit requests for information or who have created a User ID and account to utilize online resident services, administration of the Site and with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us.
